I have seen multiple psychiatrists and Dr. Paulsen is the best in the business. She truly cares about her patients. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Although, it can be difficult to reach the office by phone, be patient. She is worth the wait.

Best doctor ever...she has brought our children sooo far and she ALWAYS takes the time to listen to not only the adults but also the kids

My family has seen Dr Paulsen for the last 12 years and we love her. Myself and two of my children see her. She not only listens but really cares for us. When I feel like something's not working for my oldest we work together to get things right. We dont always agree on things but she will listen to my thoughts and we talk about why she feels the medication she wants to give and if I still dont agree she doesn't push the issue and we move on too the next. I like that she takes into consideration that I'm with my children daily and works with me to get things right. My oldest it took sometime to find the right medication cause she has complex diagnoses. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and I would drive hours to see her. When she decided to retire I don't know what I'm going to do. I recommend everyone that asks about needed a doctor in the profession to give her a call.

This psychiatrist is a one of a kind truly. Very thorough, very precise, excellent listener. She came highly recommended. Rest assured she meets every expectation! As well as her wonderful caring staff, everyone is friendly and is such a welcoming environment!! She also hones in quickly and gently at the root of any issues! You can tell she truly cares about you and her heart is in this!

very fake and patronizing and intimidating. never really listened to what i was saying. prescribed unnecessary medications. would NOT recommend, would NEVER visit again.

I very much like Dr. Paulsen but the administrative staff is pretty nasty. They tend to be rude and entitled. When I had to wait an hour and couldn't wait any longer, they were very rude and snide, acting as if I have no right to ask why I am waiting an hour.
