Does not listen, did not answer all my questions, rude, left the visit confused and still had unanswered questions.. I did not canot a very pleasant experience

Wonderful doctor. Highly recommend her. Wouldn't know who to see or what to do if it wasn't for her recommendations.

Dr. Adams is thorough and always spends all the time necessary with me. She remembers my history and asks about prior health issues. I have also sent a message to her after business hours through their website, and she responded by 7:15am the next morning.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. I switched to Dr. Adams from another doctor when she left the practice. Changes in management in the last year and a half have caused me to leave the practice. Dr. Adams is nice when you see her. Two times I had to reschedule a follow up appointment and the soonest they would get me in was 4 weeks after the original appointment even though I called almost a week in advance to reschedule. A medicine Dr. Adams prescribed to me gave me very bad side effects and after spending over 20 minutes on hold to talk to someone about it, the triage nurse was very rude and left an even ruder message on my voice mail after talking to Dr Adams telling me they wouldn't do anything about it. I won't be back.

She is brilliant, thorough, helpful, and the best doc I have ever had. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else!

Numerous times I have had to wait for over an hour before being seen. The last time after an hour and 20 minutes I walked out. Good doctor but horrible office management by the staff. It appears there is a high turnover rate of staff.
