Doctor diagnosed Entropion & scheduled surgery. The next day I called to ask a question. After 3 days, her office said I needed to have a phone visit in 2 weeks to talk to her. After the phone visit, I messaged her on the portal. Three days later I sent a message asking if anyone monitored her messages. Her office called me back saying she would cancel the surgery unless I went to her office. When I got there, she said that she has no time to read messages because she has to sleep and feed her kids. Then she said she was cancelling my surgery because “We’re not a match.” I repeatedly asked what that meant. She said we didn’t have a good doctor/patient relationship.

Dr Barmettler is an exceptional physician/surgeon. She is exceptionally qualified and knows her field of expertise. Her office manner is excellent, thorough, and kind. I would recommend Dr. Barmettler to anyone who needs an oculoplastic surgeon. He/she will be in excellent hands and i hope will have the same superb experience I had. Daniel Schlusselberg, MD

I went to Dr. Barmettler for Botox and lid lift and can't say enough good things about her. She listened to my concerns and my results are beautiful. I can't recommend her enough.

Is she really a professional physician? She did not perform a good surgery to me, my incision looks horrible (zig-zag) and she did it larger than it was suppose to be done almost to my temple. Obviously I'm very unhappy with the outcome of this surgery . But God continue to be good. All praise and glory belongs to Him. Amen.Thanks.
