Dr. Anne Mc Donald Carrol, MD

I would like to give 0 stars and have so much to say, but to be brief: At my daughter’s 3rd appointment with her, she could not find my daughter’s chart and did not even know her name when we arrived. If you want a AME, please find another one.

I have seen Dr. Carrol for years. She is extremely thorough. She is very professional and respectful of your time. For the derogatory review referring to her as a he...well, we can only speculate as to your personal agenda. I highly recommend her if you are in need of FAA AME.

Dr Carrol spent over an hour with me in her office reviewing all my medical records. She then gave me a complete examination and then called the FAA to get a verbal ok for me to get my medical back so I could go back to work. I had been seeing another AME who took my money and did nothing for me. I highly recommend her especially if you have a problem that keeps you from flying.

Dr Carrol is presumptuous and makes poor decisions and wrong conclusions without any basis in fact. he will claim to be your advocate while working behind the scenes against you. Dr. Carrol rates as the most unethical person I have encountered in my entire life. Do not confide or trust in this woman! Find another AME

Dr. Carroll is a "Doctor's Docter"!

I found her a bit over priced too. Regarding the last comment, that "she keep keeps us safe through her dedication." I would argue she is over stepping her bounds. Keeping us safe is the job of the FAA, not a lone health care provider.

Dr. Carrol deals with pilots who have significant health and medical issues. She's at the top of her game, helping QUALIFIED pilots through a maze of government red tape. I have had the unfortunate experience of listening to a pilot berate her, for all to hear, because she refused to alter his certificate. She keeps us ALL safe with her dedication. Her fees are CHEAP compared to others with less experience, education, training and she has a solid admirable work ethic.

Was charged $250 for 20 minutes and received ineffective counseling.

She sat and listened to my issues before making any diagnosis. She also took the time to probe about other things that I may want to ask about or have problems around. Her diagnosis was right on! She wrote me a perscription that I filled immediately. I am much better now. Oh yeah, she saw me after her office was closing....her asst had left after greeting me and getting me set-up. Obviously Dr. Carrol is willing to stay late!
