Dr. Anne Grady, DO

Dr. didn't listen ....I felt rushed after waiting for an hour

On 2 recent occasions I have had more than an hour wait time with no explanation. I have only been to Dr. Grady a handful of times times, so I am a new patient. I am not sure if this is common practice. So far I do not have a good feeling about my visits. I am not able to trust her. Some of the things that she has said and done have me questioning whether or not to continue. On a positive note, she did refer me to a good specialist.

Truly caring and compassionate Doctor and staff. Small hometown office that makes you feel like your family. Is able to make time to see you when needed. Highly recommended as a family physician.

I love Dr Grady , been going to her for yrs , but had so much trouble with her office help I had to leave, he is rude and a bully , shame because she is the best,

I really like Dr Grady as my Dr,she is caring and will take time no matter what,it's with sad to say but her secretary does not have the same skills,he is very rude and like to bully I have had trouble with Him for yrs so today have made my mind up to switch drs, with sad regrets to Dr Grady,she is a good Dr,but I have had enough with him

Best family doctor. Listens to you, cares about you, and makes you feel better just because she truly wants to make you feel better. Compassionate.

I AM 72 YEARS OLD, HAVE BEEN TREATED BY MORE DOCTORS THAN I CARE TO REMEMBER. DR. GRADY IS WITHOUT QUESTION THE BEST OF THE BEST. SHE TALKS WITH YOU, NOT AT YOU. SHE MAKES YOU COMFORTABLE KNOWING YOU CAN DISCUSS ANY OF YOUR HEALTH CONCERNS AND METHODS TO ADDRESS THEM. ONCE YOU SEE HER, YOU WILL NEVER SETTLE FOR ANYONE ELSE.

I absolutely love Dr. Grady. She is well informed, she takes time with her patients, she really shows she cares about your well-being, an all around wonderful doctor. However, the gentleman who works in her office is terrible. He is rude, not helpful at all, poor customer service skills. I have considered changing physicians because of this. It saddens me, but the interaction with this gentleman has been very unpleasant on numerous occasions. I can only hope others have this same complaint, and possibly encourage a review of the staff.

I love Dr. Grady. She listens well, she knows her stuff and I finally feel like a have a partner in my health care.

I would recommend Dr. Grady very highly.Her staff is great!!
