Would not go to anyone else

Absolutely love this group with wonderful, professional caring treatment.

The staff in the office is rude, disrespectful but the Dr. Kent is sweet and very professional person. I think she needs new professional and more educated stuff around her.

While it can be difficult to get an appointment (and good luck getting anyone to talk to you on the phone), Dr. Kent is the best ob/gyn out there. She has delivered both my babies via c-section (hardly any scar), and helped me through a very difficult 4 week hospital stay during my second pregnancy. She has a very practical common-sense approach -- focused on what is best for the patient, not "defensive-medicine." I really can't say enough good things about her.

I have been going to te office for the past few years. When I finally found out I was pregnant I called right away to scheduled my first appointment- I didn't even get a congratulations. Unfortunately early on I went in and after a few test found out I was having a miscarriage.:( while that was hard for me and my husband I didn't even get a phone call or a walk-in from the Dr. Kent. I also waited several hours to see her pa- again not easy news but beig that's husband and I had gone in for a pre-pregnancy meeting and it was my first pregnancy it would have been nice to have a my doctor say something to me- anything. While the pa tried she did not do a complete job- I had to call the office back and ask I. My opinion basic routine questions such as how long do we wait before trying again and what does my blood work mean...I have to say that I'm so dissapointed in this experience I will be looking for a doctor who can at least acknowledge my existance.

Dr. Kent is very caring. She takes the time necessary to discuss any concerns.

The first visit was great, even though there was over an hour wait. Then I was told I had to make a follow up appt. for 2 questions about tests which took another month to get. Then another hour wait for that appointment and was only seen after complaining. The staff doesn't seem to want to be there and that visit wasn't even 5 min. long and I still don't know what it was about as I was rushed in and out. Very condescending manner.

Knowing that Dr. Kent is extremely busy, one might think that she would just rush in and rush out; on to the next patient. However, Dr. Kent possesses the unique ability to make every patient feel as thought they are the only patient she has to see that day. She is extremely intuitive and very caring. I hope she never retires!!
