Will basically prescribe you whatever you ask for. Wait time for an appointment is always over a month, and the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. During my recent and final visit (an appointment I waited over a month for), I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment because I was waiting to be sent images of my active insurance card as the one I had on hand was unbeknownst to me inactivated. Seeing as my entire family has been going to see her for years, I thought they’d be a little understanding. But after 10 minutes, I was told to reschedule and leave by the receptionist who loved to roll her eyes. “Do no harm” has apparently been replaced with “get them in then out”.

Dr Kristensen has been my physician for the past 20+ years. She is the best!

Over the years I've seen many doctors and was so happy to find Dr. Kristensen. Her bedside manner is tops: she listens! Lovely sense of humor and is always available for a question. I found that she's through and treats every ailment or gripe with concern and heart. Her office staff is also great. Melissa is through as well, sweet and ready to help.

Excellent care and I have never been rushed in the exam room. Staff always follows up on all phone calls. One of the best doctors, that I have ever seen.

This office is the best doctors office Ive been to. DR. Kristen is always caring and concerned about my health. I always feel better after seeing her. The office staff is great too, love them all!

My husband and I have been with this group from the start. We have received intelligent, compassionate and thorough care throughout the years. At one time we had a problem with staff-we spoke to the doctors and the situation was immediately resolved. Many staff members have been replaced. We gladly recommend this group-superb doctor and PAC who deeply care
