Dr. Annemarie Ford Moore, MD

I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent a painful, dismissive year under Dr Moore’s care. She sent me on wild goose chases to other Drs and procedures just to be cold and dismissive when my pain persisted. I’m under the care if someone else who clearly diagnosed me properly within minutes of examining me. She needs to be removed as a Dr with so many consistent terrible comments on her treatment.

We saw Dr. Moore to get a second opinion on my son's knee injury. She provided excellent care and ordered an MRI. The MRI showed ligament damage and she gave us a clear course of action to get him back on the field. She even brought in a model of the knee so we could see exactly where our son was injured, and gave us an opportunity to examine the MRI imaging. I noticed several one-star reviews. Dr. Moore is highly competent and provides excellent, expert care, but she is very matter-of-fact and somewhat brisk at times. This is not a reflection of her skill as a doctor and in fact that approach is a plus for many of us. I understand that for some individuals who want to have lengthier conversations about chronic conditions, she might not be a good fit, but for our family, this kind of clear explanation and quick, decisive action was exactly what we were looking for. Probably best for younger patients.

I saw Dr. Anne Moore for arthritis in my knee. She listened carefully to me, asked me lots of questions and tested my range of motion. She suggested steroid shot and PT, which is just what I needed. She was very caring, friendly and spent a lot of time discussing my care and going over my xrays. I would recommend her to any friends or family.

I saw dr Moore and she didn’t have time for me. She had to leave for a few minutes to see another patient. I could have excused this but she came back and told me I had arthritis in my knee. I asked her if that could cause popping and shooting pain and she said yes and we were done. I know my body and I am aware of arthritis and it is something else. I will not see her again. She was condisending and dismissive

Dr. Moore was aggressive and rude. Her tone suggested that she would rather be anywhere else besides listening to my concerns. I had to fight back tears more than once during this appointment.

My son had a fairly serious sports injury that was exacerbated by a growth spurt. He was seen by Dr. Moore at the Tria offices. We had seen another doctor elsewhere who suggested we not be "dramatic" and would not order an MRI. Dr. Moore said she would rather be safe than sorry, and lo and behold, the MRI revealed a major problem that required that he be in a Boston brace for 6 weeks. A Boston brace immobilizes the patient from chest to hips. It's no fun for a teen (or anyone). She saw us through the whole journey and was available, knowledgeable and excellent at managing my son's fears. I would recommend her without hesitation. I hate to think what would have happened if we had just done the "wait and see" approach we were told to adopt elsewhere.

Trying to be respectful I will say this: never again
