Dr. Anne Elizabeth Morgan, DDS

I have two dental plans and the from desk staff ( female) while yelling at me stated that she ran my insurance claim and I was not eligible for coverage. Needless to say, I called my insurance company and had them stay on the phone to call the front desk staff tell the same lie and they corrected her and informed her that she did no such thing. When she discovered that he was listening the whole time time about her false insurance claim she lowered her voice. By the way the insurance agent taped the WHOLE conversation was tape!

The first thing that happened was the nurse and Dr. fighting while I was in the waiting room. The other person waiting shook his head and walked out. Then there was miscommunication on a order that took me calling several times to fix. Then the receptionist was rude about calling and verifying insurance and hung up on them. Very unprofessional. More worried about personal stuff then patients. The most stressful 2 weeks dealing with the back and forth.

Both of my children had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Morgan. One extraction was quite complicated. We were made aware of the steps in the procedures, discussed medication ahead of time, and the financial obligation was explained clearly. I felt very prepared when each day arrived. They were kind and gentle post-op and followed up with care calls later. I was so appreciative and would choose them again!

Staff is great! Both Dr. John Morgan and Dr. Anne Morgan have been exceptional! They have worked my daughter in for two emergency visits and two emergency surgeries! Their assistant Meghan is amazing! Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with getting us a name for a new general dentist in our instance network. Love this office and would recommend it to everyone.

The worst experience for my daughter she now refuses to go to the dentist at all
