A patient had made a mistake about her appointment date and the office manager reduced her to tears, and made her beg for another appointment. Becoming a patient of Dr. Moss has been a relief following a horrible experience with Strong hospital physicians. I see her two times a year minimum for Multiple Sclerosis and not a moment is wasted when it comes to my health and quality of life. She has never been rude or judgmental. She as always been caring, attentive, focused,resourceful, knowledgeable, and takes time to carefully research anything unfamiliar.

My husband was sent to see Dr. Moss for some post-surgical issues that his back surgeon did not seem interested in pursuing. Dr. Moss was thorough and interested in my husband's thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the problems. She prescribed a course of treatment that has been very helpful. We now follow up with her yearly. While she is busy and does not chat, she is careful to listen are get all of the information that is needed, and does not end the visit until she knows that we are comfortable with everything. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Moss immediately knew (based on my symptoms) what tests to run. Consequently she made a speedy (and accurate) diagnosis of a brain tumor; then referred me to a neurosurgeon for follow up.She has always been caring, supportive, friendly and professional.
