Dr. Anne Kristina Pizzi, MD

Since my transition to Pizzi from a retiring doctor at Kaiser, there have been very few tasks which Dr. Pizzi has succeeded at. Of my chief complaints: Mis-documentation of my health status in the medical record; Lack of follow-through on orders for necessary specialty care consultation; Bad bed-side manner. If you like participating in a run-around circus of phone calls & personnel, in order to figure out why you aren't getting the care in the treatment plan agreed upon at an appointment, then this is the doctor for you. Unfortunately, the negligence which has become a mainstay of her relationship with me has resulted in very important delays in healthcare and quality of life.

I went in for a female physical annual check because of my prior history of lumps removed in my breast and lesions on my cervix. I was shocked when she exam me with my clothes on, not to mention she looked my shoulder wanted to give me ointment cream for a scar. When I mentioned my history and why I was here...she stated "is that important to you"? Then I was billed for the exam for my scar which I did not ask for! Wow I could not what believe what happened. I called and written Kaiser to complain, and nothing has been done.
