the scene . . . on the phone, me struggling to talk through developing symptoms and Dr. P's skills to diag a patient, over the phone, who has been in her care for 18 years: "I think we have two choices. You can call the paramedics or have a family member get you to the ED. You're a healthy guy but this can go downhill in a hurry." She called it right. Three survivor positives in this home - recovering. Her care, over our family's entire illness period, has been remarkable excellence. Always is. I am grateful.

I am an older man and was embarrassed to ask a particular question about a issue I had. She set me at ease by saying "you can ask anything and it will not be shared with anyone. I was put at ease and I explained my issue, she listened and provided an opinion which cured my issue. Thanks for being a very professional lady doctor.

Dr. Poinier is simply the best in the Treasure Valley. She is extremely thorough, very caring and well regarded by any specialist I have ever seen. I've not heard one negative thing about Dr. Poinier and I don't know what I would do without her. If all doctors could take lessons from her it would be a much better world.
