As a health care professional you would expect them to go out of their way to insure quality Assurance, integrity, patience and honesty but in this case these qualities were far from what I thought. Society today is passive and the moment you ask questions of concern you learn very quickly the truth of people. I will only speak on my account of her, one thing for certain she will block you out if your questions or concerns are far too intimidating for her to want to address. Her service is judgmental and her attitude is based on erroneous arrogance, she treated my child as if he were a low class lost cause and pre-judged myself and family and when after our appointment she treated us as we were taking too much of her time and didn’t want us in her office. And this is all after our intense dental visit. When I addressed my concerns I was met with the most disrespectful response and they had the nerve to boot my child out of the office because of my concerns. I really wish I could post… the email sent. I’ll have our lawyer review this treatment and if we face any malpractice her office will be the first to know.
