Dr. Anne Louise Robinson, MD

This doctor was a true trial in frustration. I had labs taken and didn't hear from the office for two weeks. I never received a follow-up call until I phoned the office three times. She seemed to care very little about me as a patient and even less about my medical concerns.

She has been my family physician for years. Pros: Warm and caring. Knowledgeable & smart. Used to teach, and was named 'faculty of the year.' Very experienced. Practicing sine 1982. Honest. She'll tell you when she doesn't know. That's refreshing. Referrals are spot on. Her time can be a little short. All busy docs are like that. They get behind. Cons: She can get a bit behind. She spends time with patients, and can get backed up by day's end. But all docs work for corporations now, and have large patient loads. Hint: schedule early (first up) appts. with any doc and you won't have to wait.

Dr Robinson is a capable physician who really knows her stuff, but even more important, she knows what she doesn't know. If she can't provide the help you need, she will refer you to someone who will. Her bedside manner could be a little warmer, but she's good if you like a no-nonsense doctor.
