Dr. Anne Pearce Rowland, MD

Went to Dr. Rowland for my eyelids. She did an EXCELLENT job. I have had my lids done before by another local doctor. My outcome on the second surgery (with Rowland) than my lids looked on my first surgery with another doctor. Her staff was super sweet. Answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. I have to admit, the amount of detail that went into every step of the appointment, surgery and follow up impressed me. Talk about attention to detail. I would refer any friend or family member to this doctor.

Worse decision getting treatment by Dr. Rowland. She botched my lids, they did not come out close to what was expected. I am left with exposed scarring well above and to outer side of my eyelid crease. She may be able to sew an incision by in my opinion she lacks the artistic ability to give a natural looking crease. I am now left with finding treatments to soften and lessen the look of scarring on top of having unnatural, uneven eyelids that are now worse than what I started with.

Eyelid surgery went okay, more scarring than expected. However, I would have liked to know beforehand that the "laterals" would need another surgery (which I won't get) and wouldn't be corrected with the first surgery. More information would have been appreciated. I feel that I did not get enough information given the results I was trying to achieve.

I love the way my eyes show up more after the surgery. The stitches were itching and bothersome but are of course necessary. Dr. Roland was kind enough to do a few of my stitches over, when I rubbed at them at night & pulled several stitches out. All turned out well & I am very happy with the whole job.
