Dr. Annemarie P Whiddon, MD

I absolutely adore Dr Whiddon! Dr Whiddon's front desk staff has been extremely challenging trying to get an issue resolved. They have been billing my Cigna insurance for 10 months now and all of a sudden they are now trying to bill Medicaid, which I don't have and never have had. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 3 weeks now with no luck. Sad! I called Douglas County Department of Health & Services and I don't qualify for Medicaid (and never have), so they don't have me on Medicaid. This is not acceptable how the front desk staff is treating me and I would like a call back from Dr. Whiddon, but they will not leave her a message. Also, Carmen (Dr. Whiddon's assistant) will not call back Safeway where my prescription has been sitting for 3 weeks for $4K because my Cigna insurance has not been applied. Cigna said they have left 3 messages for her and she does not reply. Also, Accredo said they left several messages for Carmen and she does not reply. Ugh! I left messages… as well and still no reply. I don't know how to actually get a hold of Dr. Whiddon, as their online system to send her a message or email does not work either. Very sad!
