Loved her caring spirit. Excellent care.

Do to arthritis and bulging discs so chronic pain in my body. I felt I had finally found someone who would listen. I truly deeply appreciate the help I got from Dr. Stepens. She listened, took time to care, rough days even a hug now and again. Is she matter of fact yes she is direct. I would never say she was rude. I truly respect her sad shes leaving her practice I've been her patient for years.

I have been seeing Dr. Stephens for close to a year since having 2 surgeries on my lower back. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever had. She goes above and beyond to alleve my fears, explain things, and make sure that I am in as little pain as possible. Before each procedure, she makes sure to visit me beforehand to check on my well-being and to answer any questions I might have. Several times she has called my herself to answer messages I left or to check in on me. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who needs pain management.

The single worst medical experience I've ever had. Dr. Stephens is rude and arrogant and treats her patients as if they are stupid.

When I first Met Dr Stephens I was a bit put off. At that time I was about to go in for total Knee replacements. She isn't the warm and fuzzy type of doctor. Very matter of fact, but overall kind. I would rather have a Doctor who is straight forward KNOWs what they are doing instead of throwing drugs at me to shut me up. We made a plan, she is encouraging. Her Staff are very kind. She does take a couple of visits to warm up to a person. I think that is perfectly normal. I would recommend her to anyone. Go in with expectations. Know your stuff, be honest that you may or may not understand something. I have had my share of really bad doctors due to my Chronic Illnesses and Multiple surgeries.She deals with tons of patients in Massive crippling pain. We can't like everyone we go too, but some you just need to get to know. I liked her.

After going a month without a return call from Dr. Stephens office they had finally called me and left a message. I tried to return the call a couple of times between meetings later that same day. I finally spoke to the receptionist and she said "Dr Stephens has a policy that she does not want her patients calling the office more than once a day". What a pompous, arrogant, non-patient centric doctor she must be to have such a policy and for the staff to talk to me in such a way. I cancelled my next appointment. Pick a doctor that puts their patients first and treats them with respect!

Dr Stephen listened to my complaints. She has really helped me reduce the pain in my lower back. She is very skilled in doing procedures. I am so thankful for her.

Only hold up on my appointment was whether I was taking blood thinner medication and this was resolved.

I think Dr. Stephens is a great Dr. She lets you know if she disagrees, and listens to your complaints. Keep it up, Dr. Stephens.

I was scheduled with this office, specifically Dr Stephens, but cancelled my procedure due to the flu. The charges were filed anyway with my insurance and when I called them. I was told that their paperwork said I had the procedure done. I argued (really?) and finally was told that they would call my insurance company and fix it. No apology, no explanation. When I do have the procedure rescheduled, I will make sure it's with a doctor/staff who knows when the patients have actually been seen.
