A little background on me: I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) here in sunny Georgia. Originally hailing from the Buckeye state, I earned my Master’s degree from Xavier University in Ohio. Since beginning my careeer in the early 2000's, I've been deeply involved in supporting individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges across various settings, from inpatient to outpatient care, and even emergency departments.
My expertise extends to guiding clients through addiction issues, …depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Since making Georgia my home in 2015, I've continued my practice in outpatient settings while also nurturing the next generation of counselors through teaching at the graduate level. Additionally, I'm actively engaged in several professional committees dedicated to advancing the field of counseling.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me soaking up quality time with my loved ones in the bustling Atlanta metro area. Whether we're taking leisurely strolls, enjoying some friendly competition with board games, or sharing laughter with our beloved rescue dog, family time is always cherished.
