Dr. Annu Mohan, MD

I was an established patient here for about 6 years. I get multiple shingles outbreaks every year. I am made to come in to be seen to be able to get my shingles meds. These are not controlled substances. With shingles you have to get on antivirals immediately. For the record they never even look at the shingles when I come in. So this tells me that it is all about getting that co-pay. The last breakout I had was my 3rd in a two month span. I called to get an appt and was told they couldn’t get me in for 3 days. I explained that I was having a breakout and it had spread to my face. And still they couldn’t get me in earlier and refused to just call my meds in to the pharmacy. I even spoke to Annu and she didn’t care. Just said nope you need to be seen. I ended up going to ready care instead because with shingles you can’t wait to start treatment. I should not have to be seen to get an antiviral for an established diagnosis. They treated me like I was a drug addict asking for a controlled… substance.

Dr. Mohan is truly one of those rare doctors who definitely chose the right profession. She is dedicated, thorough and caring. She gets to know you in a wholistic sense and doesn’t have to always look back at your chart while she’s meeting with you. She usually spends at least 20-30 minutes with me, sometimes longer, because she sits and talks WITH you in her quest to provide quality care. Her office staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

Doctor Mohan and her staff are great. They take the time to go out of their way to help and make sure that you are the most welcomed and that you are important. They care about what you say and what is going on with you no matter what it is.

When you have an appointment with Dr. Annu Mohan, it is all about YOU the patient and what she can do to help. Her "Team" approach to patient care includes herself, the patient, the patient's family and Dr. Mohan's Staff. She truly cares and listens to "YOU", Dr. Mohan will review all information and when you leave, there is a plan in place that addresses the care that is needed at the time. Dr. Annu Mohan, has been compassionate and sincere in all of her visits with my 87 year old Mother. We are very grateful for Dr. Mohan being in our lives and caring for Mom. Thank you.

I was looking for a doctor who would really listen to my needs. Dr Annu Mohan is that doctor. She listens and she cares, not only about me but also my family. Love her friendly and helpful staff, as well.

Best family practice doctor I have ever gone to. If you have a longer wait than you'd like, just remember that she will give all patients the time that they need, including you. She treats the whole patient; both physical and emotional aspects of care. When necessary she will refer to a specialist in your area.

Dr. Mohan is an excellent family practice doctor. She involves her patients in their care plan. She makes sure that her patients understand their conditions. She answers questions. She treats her patients with dignity.

I never even got to see the doctor. I went in twice due to mis-communication and then was over charged for my check up! I told them my problems and was looked at like all of it was no big deal. Terrible place.

it is difficult to find a good doctor and staff but dr. mohan is kind, gentle and understanding. her staff is qualified and pleasant.
