For my first visit, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I was told I need to fill out some paperwork. The paperwork was in Spanish. I was told they didn’t have any in English, so I have to wait. 40 minutes later, I was provided paperwork written in English. My appointment was for 1:00. It was 2: o’clock when I was escorted to the back. Upon arrival, the assistant asked me questions about my meds. I said, wait a minute, you had me to wait 40 minutes to fill out paperwork with my list of meds? She said the paperwork is in the front. WOW! I informed the health provider that I receive monthly treatments. I provided her (Loudermilk) with a detail list of the meds & supplies for my treatments so my referral could be filled out & sent to the agency. She said it will be done that Friday, no later than that following Monday. It’s been 2 weeks and the referral has not been done. The bone in my right wrist, left arm and my back is painful. They don’t care about patients.
