I received a rude note in the mail stating I was "wasting their time" because someone ON THEIR END ripped the check I sent for a copay. Copay was also for first visit in which i received ZERO care due to "no approval" for testing (conveniently they tell me now that I have had approval the entire time. ) I was told I was not charged for the visit when I left the office & now they are harassing me for payment. Stay Away! Scammers.

Nobody ever returns phone calls. Medical records contained errors. He is nice as a person but his office are impossible to reach. Nobody follows up. Change to a different physician and don't come here.

The office doesn't return a single phone call for existing patients. Only caters for new patients to make more $$$. Their phone takes you to wait then leave a voice message then nobody will ever return your phone call. Basically it's like they don't even have a phone line.

Dr. Maheshwari's office treat you like garbage and never answer one single call back. Mainline takes you to voicemail and nobody ever calls back. They only work professionally for new patients coz that's how they make more money. But if you are an existing patient, get ready to waste your life and time trying to get a hold of any person.

My mother and I was very anxious for this appt hoping he would provide some kind of medical information that would help us understand why she has had trouble breathing and needed to be on oxygen. We left his office with absolutely no answers and very frustrated. He did have her Medical records or any information to even discuss her condition. Later we find out The test he agreed to request authorization for was not requested nor was it put in his clinic notes. So again nothing was done. my Mother was hoping to have these results for him to review on her next scheduled visit. His office does not answer calls or return them. It took over a week an a half to reach his office. I hope by the grace of God we will receive better treatment in the future.

Unfortunately I have seen a lot of specialist lately for a list of problems. I now have anxiety just having to meet doctors anymore trying to explain what is going on. I always try to prepare and have everything listed so hopefully it makes it easier for the doctor or nurses taking my information. Dr Maheshwari actually took the time to looked it over and then scanned It to my file so he has what else is going on with me, seizures, sleep apnea etc, then commented on how organized it all was. This was a first! He was soft spoken and took notes on everything and asked tons of questions. I was very pleased with my appointment and Dr Maheshwari who was extremely pleasant and thorough. He also has very nice office staff as well who greet you and actually seem to enjoy being there. I don't see that a lot in most offices. I was happy with my first appointment!
