Dr. Anselmo E Cepero-Akselrad, MD

Very unprofessional, doesn't communicate well, I've been a patient of him for nearly my entire life, he over prescribed me with prednisone, which gave me a litany of other health issues, which I still haven't recovered from, he never acknowledgeds his mistakes, for example i was dealing with fluid retention, that resulted in me being hospitalized on multiple occasions in my middle school years, and the one time he was on vacation, another nephrologist came and managed to solve the problem, he kept saying it was fat and it happen to be fluids that my body was holding on to and not once did he ever acknowledged he made a mistake for that or essentially anything. He also refused to listen to me when i kept saying that i have symptoms that show my kidneys are deteriorating that nearly reasulted in me ending up on dialysis due to his inaction. Honestly I believe he's too old to provide adequate health care and should retire for the sake of the children who might have the misfortune of being… assigned this incompetent excuse for a nephrologist avoid him at all cost.

The people that work on the office are very rude and unprofessional.

He doesn't believe my daughters pain. Yet, every single time she passes the kidney stone. He says shes a liar and all tests show she isn't. Hes very disrespectful and harsh. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

I THINK DR CEPRO IS THE BEST HE IS TREATING MY DAUGTHERS BRITANY AND JENNIFER THERE DOING GREAT AND ALSO HE TREATED MY HUSBAND BRIAN AS WELL ALL I KNOW I FEEL SO COMFATABLE KNOWING THAT MY DAUGHTERS ARE UNDER HES CARE AND I WANT TO THANK DR CEPRO AND HES STAFF

DOCTOR SPENT MORE TIME ON PERSONAL PHONE CALLS THEN GIVING IMPORTANT TEST RESULTS FOR MY CHILD. DID NOT LIKE ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND WAS FRUSTRATED AND UPSET WHEN WE NEEDED FURTHER CLARIFICATION ON THINGS. RESULTED TO A CHANGE OF DOCTOR. VERY DISAPPOINTED....
