Dr. Sam Pominville has been practicing dentistry in the North Country since 1989.  He grew up in New Bremen, New York, graduating High School from Beaver River Central School.  He then went on to earn a BS in Biology from Siena College followed by his Doctorate in Dentistry from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1987.  The following year Dr. Pominville completed an internship at Albany Medical Center.
Dr. Pominville’s Practice, Advanced Dental Care incorporates the many hours of continuing education that he pursues annually.  His advanced training includes the prestigious Dawson Academy; which specializes in the rehabilitation of worn dentition, smile design, and cosmetics.  Other areas of study include orthodontics, temporomandibular disorders and sleep apnea. 
Dr. Pominville is an active member of many professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Orthodontic …Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Equilibration Society.
Dr. Pominville lives in Turin, New York with his wife, Joan and their three children, Brooke, Raymond and Patrick.  He is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking and camping.
