Dr. Ansley H. Depp
Dr. Depp was born in Lakeland, Florida and developed a surprising interest in dentistry at the age of five. Her delight in driving two hours to Jacksonville every six months for her check-up’s led to a life-long interest in helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. As a PK (preacher’s kid), she moved around as a child, eventually landing in Owensboro, KY where she spent most of her youth.
She attended undergrad at Georgetown College, where she met her future husband, Rob. She attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where she was recognized for her exemplary accomplishments with a faculty invitation to join Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the dental honor society recognizing the highest performing students in each dental class. Dr. Depp graduated in the top 10% of her class in 1993.
Her early commitment to dental health came to life in her founding of the Delta Dental Oral Cancer …Screening Program at the Kentucky State Fair, which currently screens thousands of fair-goers for this serious disease. She continued her education with a general practice residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center where she cared for emergency and indigent patients across Central and Eastern Kentucky.
Dr. Depp moved to Northern Kentucky in 1994 to join a practice as an associate dentist where she developed an affinity for the Greater Cincinnati area. She started her own practice in 2001 to provide her patients with the dual benefit of general dentistry for healthy smiles as well as aesthetic dentistry to provide cutting edge smile design.
Continuing Education is highly valued in Dr. Depp’s practice as she is committed to providing her patients with the most current approaches to dental care. She was inducted in the Academy of General Dentistry’s Fellows Program in recognition to her high level of accomplishment in ongoing professional education. Dr. Depp and her staff have completed extensive training with The Hornbrook Group, one of the leading centers for advanced clinical education in aesthetic and restorative dentistry and Denmat Corporation, the manufacturer of Lumineers, one of the most innovative products in aesthetic smile transformation.
She has also studied with Align technology, meter of Invisalign, and prestigious Scottsdale Center for Advanced Dentistry in Arizona with training in "mini" implants.
Dr. Depp was recently named one of Cincinnati’s top Dentists as chosen by her peers. This honor was published in the February 2009 and 2010 editions of Cincinnati Magazine.
Dr. Depp lives in Fort Thomas, KY with her husband Rob, two sons Easton & Sawyer and her other son Riley, a spoiled whippet.
