Dr Gonzales He is a caring and wonderful Doctor ,all my children and grandchildren love the doctor

Pretty old office. I'm guessing it's his wife and daughter that work there as office staff. They seem a bit overwhelmed and it's tough to get the call back on results. I will probably switch to a more modern office.

Horrible doctor , the office is so dirty you might catch a disease waiting to be seen

Very easy to talk to takes his time with you .

Dr. Gonzales is caring, careful and observant. He listens to your reason for your appointment and treats you accordingly. He takes the necessary time to treat your ailment or just discuss your problem. He speaks to you the patient in plain english so there is no question regarding his advise or suggestion. The doctors he refers to when necessary are well qualified. His staff is pleasant and efficient.

The recpitionist hung up on my 3 times very unprofessional and would not give me an appointment

Dr Gonzales has a good bedside manner and seems to care about patients. I'd give him good marks in that area.The office staff seems to have changed recently. There is a language issue that makes understanding difficult at times. There also seems to be poor follow-up with test results. Most doctors call you within a day or two of getting the results. It seems like in this office results get misplaced and if you don't call you won't get called. Not good because in one instance I my blood work indicated potential problems. They always (it's happened twice now) blame it on the lab. I find that hard to accept.On another occasion a nurse took my blood pressure and weighed me and started writing it down in my records. When she asked why I was there I told her and it became clear she was looking and writing in the file of another patient.

Even with lab results in front of him he can't make a correct diagnosis. One time he insisted that he saw me in the hospital as a patient. I hadn't even been hospitalized!

The dr is over all caring but wait times are very long, being I am a younger pt the office is relative to older aged, I feel sometimes I should have been sent for blood work for problems that were happening and never were diagnosed until 1 year later
