Dr. Anthony Emilio Addesa, MD

This doctor is a terrible human being. He has had affairs over the years with servral of the employees that directly reported to him. Many of these woman were married and he was also married and committing adultry.

I was referred to Dr. Addesa by a friend in Florida who also had prostate cancer. He had his Cyberknife 5 day treatment 4 years ago and has had zero side effects. My son is a doctor in NJ where my family lives and sent me to the top places in NJ and NY for opinions. I decided to get another opinion while in FL or the winter and i’m so happy I did. All the places I went to recommended either a surgery which could have left me incontinent or impotent, or an 8-9 week course of daily radiation which had a lower but similar possible side effects. Dr. Addesa spent time with me explaining ALL the numbers and prognosis that no one else cared to explain. He made me feel confident in his approach. I spent about two weeks with him and had the 5 day course of treatment each lasting about 30-45 minutes. I had no side effects at all and played golf everyday! If I had any questions I called him on his cell phone directly which he provided to me and my son on the first day we met. I can’t… thank you enough Dr. A!!! You’re MY goto guy. If you have prostate cancer, he should be YOUR guy too!

Dr. Addesa gave my mom a single radiation treatment for her breast cancer at the time of her surgery and saved her over 6 weeks of daily treatments. He brought this type of treatment to our community here in South Florida against all odds and skepticism from hospital administration because the 6 weeks of traditional radiation is more profitable to these institutions. Not many physicians are willing to do this and he is a true pioneer in that sense. Moreover, he is a caring and compassionate physician who gave me and the rest of my family his personal cell phone so that we can call or text him directly at any time. There aren’t enough stars on this site for someone like him. We can’t thank you enough!

Dr Adessa is a caring, compassionate doctor who explained the procedure to my husband and me and answered all our questions. He has called me several times after the surgery to check out how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Addesa and the intraoperative one dose radiation.

So impressed with his presentation, compassion and staff.. Having been diagnosed with such a disease, Dr. Addesa. Was informative and compassionate. He & his staff put me at ease.

Dr. Addesa is now the chief Radiation Oncologist at the Jupiter Medical Center's Ella Milbank Foshay Cancer Center. I had 33 radiation treatments for soft palate cancer ending two weeks ago. Dr. Addesa has had extensive head and neck cancer experience with training at Dana Farber, Beth Israel, etc, while attending Harvard Medical as well as UVA. His expertise is tops. He was patient with me and always courteous and friendly. He answered all my concerns. Most of all, he was encouraging giving me confidence. I could not have had better treatment anywhere or by anyone else.

I recently was treated for breast cancer at this center. Though I spent little time with the actual Dr. I was impressed by the caring and support that I received from his nurse. One in particular was kind, caring and treated me with the upmost compassion which helped me through a very hard time. I had a special kind of radiation treatment in which I received treatment 5 days two times per day. The nurse Lisa helped me tremendously and was always there to provide a smile and uplifting word. Dr. Addesa and Lisa removed my special device there at the office and he was professional and did not hurt me. She was there to hold my hand and ease my fears. Thank goodness for people in their field.
