The staff was wonderful and very helpful. when I had a lot of worry over two doctors clashing on the results of a test, he looked at it before my appointment to assure me things were good which greatly relieved my extreme worry. He was very friendly and helpful. He took an interest in my case and was encouraging. He offered suggestions. He spent a lot of time with me and did a followup test to assure all was well. since my mother had kidney disease and I am at risk for it, I was relieved to find a doctor I could communicate with, who was open to what I thought and who answers questions well and has a good bedside manner making me comfortable in the event I need help down the road. Excellent doctor and excellent staff too. Staff very good and very competent. Zero complaints.

Dr. Agra is the second nephrologist I have had and he is exceptionally good. He takes the time to explain things and he listens when I ask questions and have opinions. He makes me feel like taking care of my health is a partnership. He has always encouraged me to try new treatments and techniques. When I have been in the hospital he visits nearly every day (even when I am not his patient). When I changed dialysis clinics he got privileges at the new clinic, so I could remain his patient.
