Very rude ! Needed a referral was very annoyed that I even called. So unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone to go there

Staff and Doctor are unprofessional and rude. Doctor made me call my pharmacy to get my baby an antibiotic, then calls me to tell me I have to drive to his office to pick up the prescription instead. Waste of my time.

Pompous. Rude.

The staff is so awful especial when you need a refferal they take for every to get back to you.

He turns sick children away. If u dont have an appointment and u bring your child in, he will turn the child away even if its an emergency. I will go to someone who actually cares about a child's well being. And one who has a better bedside manor. Dr. Albanese needs to quit! He must be tired or doesn't like children

The doctor did not give my child hepB shot after birth at the hosp. He said I should come to the office. I got to the office as early as 9am. Imagine waking up after a sleepless night with a newborn. I was the 2nd patient at the office. The rude receptionist said I could not be seen because I do not have an appointment. I explained that my newborn needs his first shot. She still insisted that the dr. Cannot see my child without an appointment. I would not recommend this office

Dr. Albanese is an excellent doctor. My son went and now to another because he is older.

Dr. Albanese is a good doctor that really cares. He will always call back and put my mind at ease. He's honest and has told me when I was just being a "nervous Mom" for no real reason. I like the fact that he lays it on the line and is no-nonsense. And, my kids love him! What more could you ask for in a pediatrician?

The only positive comments that I can offer about Dr. Albanese are that his colleagues are excellent. Were it not for them, he would be sans patients. He is rude, impatient, and dismissive - and could stand some cultural competency training. Finally, he made a phone diagnosis of my 6-month-old daughter's condition, which turned out to be horribly wrong. Luckily, I went with my gut and called for an appointment with another doctor.

Dr. Albanese has been our family Dr. since my brothers were born in 1992. I bring my children there. He's excellent, especially with vaccinations. He accepts most if not all insurance, which was a blessing when my husband was deployed and we used our Military insurance. WE HEART DR.A
