He seemed completely uninterested in my suffering or anything I said. He was speeding in and speeding out of my hospital room. No attention to details. He had no empathetic capacity whatsoever for a severly sick patient.

rush, rush , rush is this surgeons biggest flaw, he doesn't care about your concerns he just sped into my hospital room and sped out several times. get surgeon recommendations from nurses and other doctors before you let this guy cut into you. this is the first dr I met who made me nervous to even try to talk to him, he cut me off, was rude etc

He has no interest in patients. He speeds in and out of your hospital room, doesn't pay attention to what you say and is rude. He doesn't care about being thorough, doesn't care about the details of your case. He shocked me with his lack of professionalism. Please ask nurses their honest opinions about surgeons before you go under the knife. Nurses know which surgeon's patients have terrible surgery complications and which surgeons are good.

Dr. is rushed, does not seem to care about patient, seems like he has way too many things to do in addition to being your Dr.

Dr. Altimari has been my surgeon for over 30 years for breast tumors. He has also done hernia surgeries for my husband and brother-in-law. We would never use another surgeon. Dr. A is kind, thorough, understanding and patient!

This is my 3rd surgery with Dr Altimari and he is the best! He is a skilled surgeon with a bedside manner like no other doctor I have met. He leaves you feeling good as can be and has a compassionate side to go with his sense of humor. Love the man!
