The only thing he needs to REMEMBER is that EVERY patient deserves respect. That is the only thing I ever expected from him and even with that he failed.

Needs to understand his privilege and that not everyone is fortunate to have it. Perhaps instead of looking down or judging others he can actually do something to help them. It’s not just him a lot of people had this type of mentality at this location. They think themselves better than the rest but they don’t realize the privilege that got them in this position.
