Dr. Anthony Ballisteri, MD

Disrespectful and unprofessional doctor, and I was actually recommended to him because he was suppose to be great- maybe one time ago he was. His PA was ok and the office staff was very helpful but he was horrible. I am only 28 and he treated me like I was a geriatric patient that didn’t know what I was saying. I went to visit him on a Wednesday and there was only 2 people in the waiting room. When he came into my exam room he didn’t want to hear anything I had to say about my history, he acted very rushed like he was in a hurry and couldn’t wait to leave, like he couldn’t be bothered to talk to me, like there were 20 people waiting. His office is clean and the admins are very helpful and efficient but he is not into it- almost seems like he’s over it or burnt out. Dr Balistreri at Emory would NOT Reccomend.

I am very proud to say that Dr. Balistreri is my doctor. Dr. Balistreri and his staff operater his office in a very highly efficient manner. Dr Balistreri's bedside manner is excellent. For me, his bedside manner is the best in the world. I wish everyone in the world could have Dr. Balistreri as their doctor.

I saw Dr. Balistreri over a period of 11 years. I'm my early years, I thought he was an outstanding physician. He was knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. However that changed in my latter interactions with him. he became very busy, was short in his interactions with me, over treated my condition with major side effects, missed a major drug interaction and seemingly lost his compassion..

Wonderful Doctor, very good at his practice. Excellent bedside manner. Saved my life! Also a very good staff.

Dr. B. is the best! He has treated me for Chrons Disease with excellent results. He is very knowledgeable. To answer the telephone and have the doctor himself on the line is very rare, but it is "normal" procedure for Dr B. I was very lucky to have been referred to him. I would not want any other doctor for my condition. I am very confident and happy with recommendations and treatment.

This doctor one of the best in the area. He accurately diagnosed my problem and is currently treating me. I went into the office the first time very sick and now 2 weeks later I am in the healing process. Dr. B. has followed-up by personally calling me and making sure I am doing well. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to all who need his services.
