Dr. Anthony J Bennett

Like most people I’m not a fan of dental work but Dr Bennett made my experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend him as your oral surgeon.

My family and i have been going to this location for years and not once have we had a bad experience, until today! The orthodontics was great and so was MOST of the staff, when it came time to pay for the service the lady that helped me was absolutely rude and did not have a well mannered tone towards me. The office was aware that my mother, who had the service done, didn't have dental insurance so we had to pay in cash. When i told the lady all we had was $280 and the balance was $400, her facial expression and attitude changed. I explained to her that i told whoever i made the appointment with that $280 was all we had and we could work out a payment plan, she answered me back, with an attitude, "Well, that should've been discussed before the time of service. " I literally just looked around at the other staff, no one told her to change her tone or anything. she hands me the receipt and then says "so when are you going to make the payment? " I respond with, "give me a moment, i… have to ask my mom, I can't understand what she's trying to tell me from here" (my mother is disabled and is learning how to talk again). So as I'm walking out to the waiting room the lady goes, "here, let's just do this at the window, I'm not having you walking back and forth." After that response my patience was finished, my mother even asked her why are you being so rude to my daughter and the lady completely changed her tone of voice AND the manner in which she was responding! She denied it, of course. I have never felt so disrespected and so belittled by any doctors office ever! This experience made me realize I will NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE UNLESS THE PARTICULAR STAFF MEMBER LEARNS HOW TO SPEAK PROPERLY TO PATIENTS. IT IS YOUR JOB TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a medical assistant myself and if i was to ever address a patient in that manner our treat a patient how iwas treated today, I'm pretty sure I would be in trouble or be jobless.
