I found Dr. Bertin to be professional, informative, available and personable on my first visit. My general impression was trustworthy.

Highly recommend. Clean, professional, great staff. It's busy so there might be a small wait time, but it is worth the wait.

He is a very very mean, cold man. He had me crying so hard at my 1st appointment, and didnt even flinch at my sorrow. His office was dirty and he used equipment on me that looked ancient. I told the nurse that i had been on pain medication, she wrote something real big in my chart and when the doctor came in she showed it to him and said uh huh. He told me i was just there to get drugs. Even after he looked inside me and confirmed i have a terrible disease. went to a new urologist and i actually saw a patient there that i saw in his waiting room. Seems we both hated him.
