Dr. Anthony Keith Bilotti, MD

On 9.23.16 I saw Dr. Bilotti, MD at Legacy Meridian Park Emergency in Tualatin, OR. I had pneumonia. He sent me home with albuterol and Keflex, 500 mg. About 6 weeks later I went back to ER because I was getting worse instead of better and a different Dr. saw me. He came in the room and said, he was sorry to tell me this but he was going to have to change the prescription. He said he didn't like to have to change a prescription that another Dr. had given but in this case he was going to have to. I asked why that was necessary and he said that the medication I was given by Dr. Bilotti was for a skin problem and not for what I had wrong at all and that it would be necessary. About 2 weeks later my best friend from many years ago told me that her son who was very sick had gone into ER to get some help saw Dr. Bilotti and when he took the prescription to the Pharmacy (Costco) that the Pharmacist told him to please not take the medication he had prescribed because it would be very… serious for him to do so. He was going to sue him but never did. I don't know what he finally did but I thought it was highly unusual. I will never see Dr. Bilotti again or let him even touch me or anyone else in my family. This Dr. needs to be dealt with! I realize he is still practicing at Meridian Park ER.

He gave me the wrong medication in ER and sent me home with a prescription that was also wrong.

I have severe iron deficient anemia and stomach disorder. The anemia is causing severe migraine headaches and vomiting and I am dehydrated. (I have a scheduled iron infusion in 5 days) This has also caused a flair up with my stomach condition. The Dr. came in spoke with me briefly and gave me the "I know you" speech. From that point on I never saw the doctor again. Was given 1 bag of fluid which left me still dehydrated (which contributes to the headache) nausea and pain meds. The nurse came in and said the doc said you could go...how do you feel? I told her I felt the same as when I walk in. She left briefly came back and while SLAMMING something into my IV she explained that the Dr. said to give me the additional does of pain meds and then I needed to call my ride and go home. I am still throwing up and have urinated about 50cc in the 24 hours since the visit. I will not go to that ER again!
