He outlined every option and was open and honest with his recommendations. Dr. Bordon presents as very professional with a very concerned bedside manner. On the day of my surgery he met with us, explained his surgical plan and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The outcome has been great, with very little post operative discomfort. His office staff are very personable and professional. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Bordon and his team.

A simple gallbladder surgery turned into a nightmare. Dr. Bordan was very reluctant to acknowledge that complications had arisen, delayed treatment, prescribed the wrong treatment when he could not longer deny things were not right, and failed to follow through, resulting in life-threatening sepsis, severe bile leak, and several hospitalizations and surgeries. He did not even bother to follow up and see if the patient survived or not.
