Professional kind staff. Doctor was amazing

I needed to get in right away to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Camillo got me right in and worked with me on the fee since I do not have dental insurance. It was a tough extraction because the tooth was broken in 3 places. Dr. Camillo made it as painless as possible.

I was in pain and needed help and could only chose this dentist for insurance reasons. Once in the dentist chair, he used risqué language in normal talking and it made me uncomfortable. In front of witnesses he kept pressing his leg into mine while I was in the dentist chair. I pulled away twice. I asked to go to the bathroom as an excuse to call my fiancé in from the waiting room to wait near the hallway so Dr. Camillo would stop. When finished I sat down in the waiting room, and he came in and stood so close to my body space I could not stand up and started to rub my arm while holding my hand, I asked him to step back and let go. My fiancé wanted me to call the police, I just wanted to get out of there. Worst experience ever. HIs office staff saw it and acted like helpless teenagers who DID NOTHING to help me. My fiancée almost hit him. Horribly unprofessional man.

I would recommend anyone nervous or afraid of the dentist. Dr. Camilla is very easy going and makes you feel comfortable. Great office

My son had his 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Camillo. He and his staff were extremely kind, caring and provided us with terrific care. My son had virtually no pain and no swelling after his procedure only needing Motrin for the first day. Within two days following his surgery he was eating turkey dinner for Thanksgiving.

Brought my aging mother to Dr Camillo and it was the worst dental care experience of her 80 plus years. Making an appointment is a nightmare, the office manager, Melissa, is obnoxious, and when my mother wound up in extreme pain the office never returned my repeated calls. It took 6 days to get an "emergency" appointment...a sorry excuse for dental care.

Nursing rude and condescending. Wait time was over 45 min.

This is the most unfriendly and unprofessional dental office I've ever experienced. The receptionist was rude, ignored me while engaged in a long personal conversation, and then forgot to get back to me when she was finished. After finally requesting to talk to the billing person, I waited 15 minutes only to find out that she forgot about me. Even worse, I had to call to cancel an appointment. I called on Friday afternoon at 3:00 to cancel an appointment for the following Tuesday. The office was closed, so I left a message on the office voicemail. They claimed to never have received the cancellation, and billed me $250 for the missed appointment. When I contested it, they threatened to send my bill to a collection agency.
