Dr. Anthony J Caprio, MD

I've worked with Dr C for several years and I would send my family to him in a heartbeat. He is among the best I've encountered in my 30 years of nursing.

When my physician was away, I saw Dr. Caprio for a sick visit. I was very impressed with his thoughfulness and professionalism. He quickly figured out what was going on and developed a plan with my input and approval. It is really nice to have a doctor who listens and works with you to help you feel better. I will be switching my care to Dr. Caprio when he is accepting new patients again.

I was fortunate to get a new patient appointment with Dr. Caprio. He is very busy and in high demand. He came highly rated by a physician at Duke and I can see why. Dr. Caprio is really sharp. He reviewed my records in great detail and was able to put together my story faster than any other physician was able to do up to that point. At the end of the visit, he came up with a diagnosis and a plan. He seemed a little rushed during my visit, but I feel that he was efficient and I was pleased with his communication skills and approach to my complicated case.

In this area of OBAMACARE and money driving medicine, it is nice to see doctors like Dr. Caprio. He is really dedicated to the profession, to caring for sick and older people, and it shows in his practice of medicine. He is sharp and attentive. Calm and reassuring. Smart but approachable.

I am so fortunate to have a physician like Dr Caprio. He is so pleasant and attentive. He explains things clearly and even followed-up with a phone call to see how I was doing. It is so hard to find geriatric doctors, especially ones with brains and a good heart! I found Dr Caprio!
