I agree with the statement below. If this place is all about the money first in the patient's second. This generation, doctors are too busy worrying about lining their pockets instead of taking care of their patients.And he is definitely one of them. If and his staff is equally rude.

Such a shame that nowadays doctors care more about the business then the patient. I was referred to Dr. Cavazos through a friend from my gym. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and drove over an hour to see him. I deal with lower back pain and sciatica which is one of the main reasons for my visit. I had a flare up with my back and just driving there took every ounce of me to make it and not have to reschedule my appointment. I walked in, visibly in tremendous pain (lower back) and the girls behind the counter all looked at me like I was a homeless person or drug addict. Not one person asked if I was okay or could help in anyway as I filled out my paperwork. In all honesty, there was nothing anyone can do but to go to a place of medical treatment and to get treated the way I did and looks they gave me was a terrible first impression. It gets worse... I checked in the staff member asked for my name and said, I see you're out of network the cost for today is $225.00. Now, I knew about… the cost beforehand so that's not the issue. Since when do you pay a co-pay prior to seeing the doctor? Why is that their policy? Has anyone ever ordered a meal and paid in advance? What about just buying a car without seeing it or test driving it? I had no problem paying the $225 but AFTER I see the doctor. I asked the staff to see if the doctor will accept me paying at the end and she said she would ask, and 10 minutes later she comes back and says, sorry that's our policy. So, I never even met the doctor and he can be a great guy and probably could have treated me. But, with how the staff operated I walked out and drove home. So disappointing to walk into a practice for medical treatment and the feeling I get is that it's only a business. I get it, I know how insurance companies work and that at the end of the day this is a business. But, it didn't have to play out the way it did and perception is everything. If they gave me a better, more comfortable feeling that they cared and want to help then they would have had another patient. Oh well, on to a doctor/practice that cares. Hope this helps for anyone else looking to go here. I wouldn't recommend it!

He is the best most caring Dr. I have ever been too! I now have all my family members going to him...my 4 year old loves him! He spends time with u and makes u feel so comfortable! I love his new office and his staff is so friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend him to anyone!

Most thorough, polite, caring Dr. I have ever been to! The best!!
