Horrible! Find someone else! My husband went to this doctor for years and he had the worst experience. From his snappy and rude receptionists, to the pointless visits where he just had him do blood work over and over every three months, we got nowhere with this doctor. The final straw was this week when we called to get general info about covid and to ask if he could be tested as he was exposed. His receptionists wouldn’t tell us anything and said we had to make an appointment to talk to him before we could determine if he should be tested. Mind you, my doctor and my child’s doctor immediately gave us a referral to be tested because there was exposure and my child’s pediatrician’s receptionist gave us way more information than at this office.

He is an excellent doctor. He inspires confidence, explains things thoroughly, very good at diagnosing what ails me and genuinely cares about his patients. I'm 77 years old and he is the best doctor I've ever had.

I got lucky and hope to have him as my PCP for a long time. I appreciate the time spent with me, the specialist referrals and his wide range of knowledge.

Dr. Chen and staff are great. I am very pleased with my treatment. Will be bring my family to Dr. Chen in the future.

I really like Dr. Chen and his staff. I cannot say that about every doctor I have been to. They are prompt to get me an appointment; I do not wait an hour in the waiting room as I have at other doctors. Dr. Chen listens, explains, and yet is efficient at getting to the heart of the matter and coming up with a solution or action plan. I highly recommend this little office.

Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and professional. He listens and explains well. My elderly parents have been seeing Dr. Chen for many years and they refuse to see anyone else! I was impressed with Dr. Chen when I drove my parents to his clinic. The parking was great, the office was well organized. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I am so glad that mom and dad are well taken care of. Now, our entire family goes to Dr. Chen! I would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Our friends and family all go to Dr. Chen and when I started having health issues I also went to Dr. Chen. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and atmosphere is very calming. Dr. chen was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to him!!!
