Dr. Anthony Cipolla, MD

Absolutely love this doctor! He is extremely thorough, kind, patient, and accommodating. My entire family uses him and he has been a true lifesaver many times, throughout the years.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF YOURS FOR 20 YEARS. YOU NEVER TOLD ME I HAD CANCER. MY CALCIUM LEVEL WAS 3,000. YOU HID THAT FROM ME. YOU NEVER CALLED ME OR MY FAMILY FOR ANY REMORSE OR RESPECT AS AN ITALIAN. NEGLEGT IS A SIN.

Called Dr Cipolla’s office after testing positive for Covid, and was experiencing chest tightness and congestion, along with many other symptoms. Was informed his nest telehealth appt was in 3 days and he would “try” to return my call. Fast forward 48 hours and NO phone call. Went to urgent care since I received no response from “my doctor” to have an O2 Sat of 88%, and received multiple nebulizer treatments and multiple prescriptions. It is beyond unacceptable for a “physician” to not follow up with a patient. Maybe Dr Cipolla should reread the oath he took upon graduating from medical school, and hang up his stethoscope. Primary care physicians are plentiful Dr Cipolla, and by the looks of things any will be better than you.

Absolutely the best! Patient, knowledgeable, and so easy going. He has been our family doctor for years and we appreciate how well he takes care of us. Covid has been tricky, but he has remained constant and available to us throughout. Thank you Dr. Cipolla

Went for a physical. Will not be going back. 1. Paid for tests to be done, and despite repeated phone calls nobody has gotten back to me to discuss the results. 2. Tried to "upsell" me into doing a colonoscopy although I was over a year away from being due for one. This during Covid. 3. Miscoded my visit for insurance so I was charged a copay I am not supposed to pay. I called as soon as I got the bill to get it straightened out and was told they would look into it and recode. Called a week later and was told they were still working on it and they would get back to me. Then I got a notice that they had referred it to a collection agency, damaging my credit score! Even with their mistake, the bill wasn't even 60 days overdue when they referred it! 4. Despite all this, no contact and not a word of apology. 5. As a result, I believe they are incompetent, probably crooked, and have no regard for their patients.

Although Dr. Cipolla has changed his office location 3 times since I became a patient, he hasn't changed from the caring, compassionate doctor that I first met.

Very friendly doctors who genuinely care about their patients. The wait time is small, and, if you have a problem with something, they address it thoroughly.

Have been coming to these doctors for 25 yrs. Since merging with Winthrop, The office staff is absolutely horrible ( with the exception of Cathy ...whom has been there since the Babylon office). Nobody knows what they are doing...it’s like a three ring circus!! Will be looking for a more private practice...The way this one use to be!! Truly a shame...Doctors are good...but I don’t even wait an hour & a half for my neurologist!!! Enough said!!!!

Really trust this doctor. He is patient and kind and always explains things thoroughly. Have used him for years.

My doctor recently moved to this office and trying to deal with this rude and unprofessional office staff has concinced me to leave my doctor after over 10 years. I was on the fence as North Babylon is alittle out of my way but today's experience has,pushed me over the edge. Easily the least compassionate medical staff I have ever deakt with
