Average "bedside manner", no follow up. Consult was rushed. Office support staff abrupt & abrasive with a poor attitude for working with patients. Who hires these people?

My daughter has a hearing loss still even after Dr. Cultrara put tubes in. Led us to believe that the tubes would drain the fluid in her ear and that she would regain her hearing, not so. When she recovered from the procedure she became extremely upset that she went through the procedure and still couldn't hear. Find someone else! Still haven't found a doctor who has solved her issue with hearing.

My 2 year old was having problems with ear infections. When referred to an ENT. Dr. Cultrara was so nice and he was great with my son. He answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease. Dr. Cultrara has performed 2 surgeries on my son in the last 6 months. One for Ear tubes, then he removed my son's tonsils and adenoids. He is very down to earth, would recommend him to anyone. His staff has always been very friendly, never a long wait in the waiting room.

Dr. Cultrara office team is terrible - stay away....I would not suggest using this team...find another doc that has staff of caring office workers.
