Dr. Justin Anthony Dacy, DDS

I visited Dr. Dacy and the work done was satisfactory, perhaps even of a very qood quality. But later he recommended pulling a tooth and wanted to replace it with an implant, preferably right away. I did not follow his advice because it seemed clear, from his expression, body language, and attitude, that his primary interest was not my tooth but his income. From my point of view that is not a good reason to remove a tooth. Also, he wasn't interested in my concerns. That was almost four years ago, and now I think my decision was correct because I have had full use of that tooth since that time. Keeping a tooth and being able to use it without any problems for almost four more years seems to me, in this case, a much better choice than removing it unnecessarily and replacing it with a costly implant. When he gave his recommendation I thought it was very obvious that the possibility of this outcome did not interest him.

I've been a patient for many years and with each appointment I am more satisfied with Dr. Dacy. His office staff offers great service with a very cordial and sincere attitude of helping each patient. Dr. Dacy has always been very careful to explain what's needed and makes sure the patient is as comfortable as possible. I rate him 6 out of 5!!

He extracted the wrong tooth so I left his office with 2 teeth pulled. He took x-rays so I'm not sure how this happened. My referring dentist said it was tooth 5 so I guess they were both wrong. I was wrong to think someone actually knew what they were doing.
