Dr. Anthony Joseph Deangelis, MD

I actually have seen him a couple times, although I haven't done my breast reduction yet, we are getting ready to do it...the staff has been so nice and the Dr has spent lots of time with me...I have never felt uncomfortable and there was a reason he didn't do my surgery right away-I had to finish losing my weight and tried many other options before surgery-surgery should be last resort...he answered all my questions I had and he has also explained to me what to expect day of and recovery-I am glad to have him as my Dr (with the few appts I have had with him-each time he has taken his time with me and never felt rushed) I am excited to get this done and I wouldn't want another Dr besides him!)

Dr D performed a breast reduction on me one year ago. He and his staff were excellent. They explained everything thoroughly, prepared me for what to experience, answered every question. They were caring, kind and professional. The results are phenomial!

Throughout my breast cancer journey I've had an amazing group of doctors around me, including Dr. De Angelis. He is very kind and always listens to my questions and concerns. I can't say enough good things about him.

I have just read the 2 previous reviews and I am shocked!! I had reconstructive breast surgery the end of 2010. Dr. DeAngelis is kind, caring, skillful and certainly prompt.I expect that if either of you were denied surgery, it was for a good reason.

STAY AWAY!! This Dr is very rude, uncomfortable and unhelpful. He denied me service for corrective lipo. He made me feel stupid for even coming in. I drove 4hrs each direction for a huge waste of my time. He denied me service. I had the lipo done with an excellent Dr 3 weeks later. I have recovered a few months now and love my results. My Dr was very respectful, willing to listen to me concerns and did an excellent job. I saw 7 surgeons total before proceeding with my surgery. De Angelis was by far the worst, unhelpful and most disrespectful. He charged me for the consultation when I already drove 8hrs total to see him, gave me maybe 10 minutes of his time, never quoted me any cost for the surgery and denied me service. My friend who came with me felt the same way. I do not recommend this Dr to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!
