He is the best. He did major reconstruction to my upper lip due to skin cancer. My dentist was in awe of his work. I will be forever thankful for this doctor's exceptional talent.

Had eyelid surgery done in Fla. 30 yrs. ago, thought they were cosmetic board certified. Folds formed under eyes in less than a yr., they revised in another surgery....same thing again, got worse with time. Dr. Defranzo corrected, did a great job, and I found out they were board certified Otolaryntologists, NOT Cosmetic certified.

The length of wait was in np wa his or his staff. It was not his regular office and sseveral rude,loud clients were taking back was my choice to wait longer to hear their LOUD & obnoxious rants, The nurses WE'RE ALL so SWEET& KIND; AS was DR. DEFRANZO, after he quickly came yo see me & took good care of me!!!!

Dr. DeFranzo is a very competent surgeon however he is impersonal.
