Yes, it's true, this guy is not professional and doesn't care. He should definitely retire. I believe he has mental illness himself, along with being just a plain miserable person. Surprised Rosecrance accepts him. Highly warn against seeking help from this man, he will ruin any chance you have at legitimate treatment. Please beware and listen to the reviews.

Dr D'Souza is among the worst of the worst. He told me he did not care if I liked him, he told me I could sue him, he said he had plenty of money. He was dirty, unkempt, fingernails greasy and he picked his nose non-stop. Terrible.

he is awful doctor . misdiagn. talks to much about him . has no respect for others.

I have seen Dr D'sousa many times over the years. Most of the time, he doesn't ask questions or if he does, he doesn't listen. He doesn't change my medications unless I specifically ask him. Then he starts asking me what is going on with me. He is extremely moody. I've even heard the other employee's speak about his mood swings. Maybe he needs his medications adjusted? Very rarely have I spent more than 5 minutes with him in his office. If I could afford it. I would be going to Dr Wight. I had him years ago and he actually had conversations with me. He used therapy as well as medication.

Dr. D'Souza helped me bring my life together from severe depression and anxiety. Without his help in my most critical time, I would not have survived. Hi down to earth behavior may be misinterpreted as not very sophisticated but has big hart and always made time to listen to my problems and guide me though my rough time. I thank Dr. D'Souza and his staff for all their help .

Never see this doctor for anything because he has/had a drinking problem. He saw me me over 30 years ago. I was hospitalized yet he broke client/doctor privilege by giving information to another physician without my consent. He should understand this is unethical and violates his oath.

I never had a problem with the doctor. The problem with him is moving his schedule and putting of seeing him. If that does happen he does call in a r/x until your new date to see him. I feel for $50 is what he charges me is very reasonable. He is always friendly. Listens to my concerns. I have see many doctors in his field and feel he is the best. I feel most who do not like him is because they try to work the system and fake problems to get on disability. Which I know he objects to. Or what medication to get high or sell on the streets. Remember these people who write these review have pys problems. I see him for sleep issues. A good friend of mine is a doctor in Wisconsin. He will tell you this review is not unusual in this field. I have seen the good doctor for about 10 years 4 x's a year.

His office looked like it was from the 70's, the patients waiting to see him were questionable? ( Like using the system.) He was sarcastic and couldn't give answers to questions that were direct. Laughed at the patient when confided in him about concerns. Blamed the patient for their prescribed pills they were taking, but got the prescription pad out to write out 4 more prescriptions. He hand writes his notes-Really? is this the 1950's or 2014. He also couldn't read the counselor's hand written notes-great communication for a psychiatrists to write prescriptions for their patients from the counselor's advice. He said he can't admit patients to a hospital-gee wonder why? Pretty sure this doc is riding the insurance agency's of patients on Medicare until he retires, while ruining patient's brains and organs.
