Refuses treatments and medications. Rude, unprofessional and doesn't let you get a word in. Stay away.

Since We have moved here in Hemet CA back in 2003, not only this Dr. is on point for services, but his family friendly attitude, his staff new nor old they are so friendly. love them and always recommending them, and will continue too.

I really didn't like him. After I called about back pain, he just didn't see me. I ended up at urgent care when they did asked for an x-ray. I immediately called IEHP for a new doctor

Dr. Flores is a good doctor, but he employs the most incompetent staff on the face of the earth. These are young girls who don't take their job seriously, and do not care how inconsiderate they are of patient needs. Several times I have had to go down to the office in person, simply because I was put on hold for exasperatingly long times--once 35 minutes before I gave up. A simple phone call to request a refill, and the stupid staff cannot be bothered enough to answer the phones. I like Dr. Flores, I despise his staff.

Fr. Flores has poor bedside manner and rude, does not think before saying things to the patient. I would never recommend him

After reading the old reviews I scheduled an appointment for my confusing symptoms. Dr. Flores suggested I had adult ADHD and luckily my blood work made him refer me out. I had issues with the staff as they wrongfully billed my old insurance. I went in and made the correction for then. I asked to have a referral made for a neurologist and no one called back. My husband went with me and noticed that the front desk treated my request as a joke. Over all I am not happy with the quick and irresponsible way in which he gave diagnosis to my symptoms. If you have a complex situation go somewhere else.

I feel that Dr. Flores is a kind man that treats the person not the number that walks in the door. He is not afraid to refer out. He even offers walk-in appts and same day appts. His staff is upbeat, caring and polite. I asked for a change in a referal to a specialist after a bad experiance and they fixed it same day. I have never had a billing problem from this office either. His office is older but it is well taken care of and plenty of plants are around. In the spring and summer I have seen cut flowers in the waiting room. (I heard they are from his family garden) He treats my 4 kids, my husband and I and my mother. If you want caring medical treatment I highly recommend Dr. Flores. He is the best thing in Hemet.

I have been with Dr. Flores more than 8 years. He is through and asks lots of questions. He also has time to answer any questions I have about my condition. I have seen him for everything from appendix and gall bladder problems to diabetes and bariatric solutions.I got frustrated with my pediatrician's office staff and took my children to Dr. Flores and he's great with kids too. I would send ANYONE to this doctor without hesitation.
