Walking into the busy lobby I was a little caught off guard as to how much the practice has grown; it was packed and busy. However, my wait wasn’t long in the lobby nor in the room. Everyone was very professional and the entire process of checking in and out was efficient. Dr. Galan was mild mannered and patient with me as we discussed my concerned and a plan of action. I was very pleased with his care.

Dr. Galan is not my primary doctor but filled in for the day. He explained my procedure and what to expect after. Clarified my concerns and made my decision easy to go forward with procedure.

Dr. Galán provided exceptional, compassionate care. He listened attentively, made me feel comfortable, and delivered excellent service. I highly recommend him.

I like Dr Galan as my doctor. There is no long wait times in the lobby and he doesn't leave you hanging forever in a small room waiting for him to come in to see you. The staff are all kind and love to help you get the right appointment for your surgery day. They explain everything thet needs to happen pre-op. They are all with smiles and always professional about their work.

Dr bedside manners were bad. I had questions and could not give me a straight answer. He stated at screen for a while then told me what I had but did not follow through with treatment plan if any or any recommendations. I want my copay back. Wasted my time.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Wait time in the office was right on schedule. Overall super happy and highly recommend.

Everything went well. Dr Galan was very professional. He really listened to what i had to say. Timing was also excellent.
