With the onset of natural disasters, threat to national peace, social-economic tensions, individual hardships, and national debates, life can seem to be hard to navigate at times, especially when one is going through life transitions. These tangible and emotional hardships can impact our well-being, especially if we do not have the proper tools to work through the issues faced. Some of the things we encounter can seem overwhelming. I can assist you in your mental health journey and together we can develop ways to deal with life’s challenges.

In 2015, I graduated from the Webster University with a master’s degree in Counseling. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I have worked in Behavioral Health facilities for over seven years. I primarily worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life adjustment disorders, and PTSD. I have worked for private practice Mental Health agencies as well as the U.S. Army Behavioral Health and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs …helping many veterans and civilians work through their PTSD. Additionally, I have worked in behavioral health centers assisting both men, women, and children struggling with learning disorders.

I'm here to assist my clients to achieve goals and adapt coping skills by using tools which are client-focused and evidence-based. I operate in a spirit of excellence and professionalism with everyone regardless of age, gender identity, race, social-economic status, or sexual orientation. I will help you to develop goals and coping skills to help you break down barriers of the past and as well as current strongholds.
