Dr. Anthony R Harlacher

Meet Dr. Harlacher
Anthony R. Harlacher, D.M.D.        
Dr.  Anthony R. Harlacher was born in Philadelphia and raised in Stroudsburg, PA.  He attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA and following graduation he attended University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  After earning his DMD degree, Dr. Harlacher completed a General Practice Residency at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA.  From 1992-1994, Dr. Harlacher completed an Advanced Dental Education Program for specialty training in prosthodontics at University of Maryland at Baltimore in Baltimore, MD.  In 1994, he entered into a third generation private practice following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, located in East Stroudsburg, PA.  From 2002- 2004, Dr. Harlacher completed an Advanced Dental Education Program for specialty training in endodontics at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Harlacher was an instructor at the School's Microscope Training …Center, where participants from around the world came to learn microendodontics and microsurgery.  Dr. Harlacher then returned to private practice full time. In 2005, Dr. Harlacher opened a practice limited to the specialty of endodontics in Montoursville, PA.
As a dedicated husband and father of two, Dr. Harlacher has many interests outside of his passion for endodontics and clinical excellence.  He enjoys snow skiing, running and water sport activities.
