This was a follow up visit and as always felt heard and any issues were explained clearly.

Excellent analysis and performance of resolution. Great "bedside" manner!! Good humor!! Hopefully this fluid in my right inner ear canal will go away. Thanks!!

I'm a new patient to Dr Howard, and I feel like it was the luck of the draw to get such a terrific ENT the first time around. My ENT retired years ago, and I was worried about finding someone I'd like as much. Great sense of humor, excellent at explaining, and I felt heard/seen. Now to see if we solved my issue! It was a first appointment for my son, he explained everything clearly and what options were available and what he would recommend. I love having that done, I like to know options, but am no doctor, so your input is important to me. He was even helpful on how to manage my son's anxiety for when the procedure day arrives.
